The Semi-Automatic 4-Cavity PET Blow Molding Machine is a reliable and cost-effective solution for producing PET bottles from 0.1L to 2L. The machine adopts infrared lamp heating with preform rotation and orbital movement, ensuring uniform heating and consistent bottle quality. The heating zone features adjustable lamp width and height to accommodate different preform structures, with an automatic exhaust system to maintain stable oven temperature.

The clamping system uses a double-crank linkage with high-pressure mold locking, providing strong and stable clamping force for reliable bottle molding. The pneumatic circuit is divided into two parts – action and blowing – to meet different pressure requirements. Bottles are automatically demolded after molding, eliminating manual extraction and improving production efficiency.
