Product Description
Our 30 T/H Reverse Osmosis (RO) System is a high-capacity water purification solution designed for industrial and commercial applications requiring large volumes of high-quality purified water. Engineered with robust components and intelligent automation, this system delivers consistent performance, low energy consumption, and reliable operation for demanding production environments.
Key Applications
- Bottled drinking water production – mineral water, purified water, and spring water processing
- Beverage and food industry – ingredient water, rinsing, and mixing
- Industrial process water – boiler feed, cooling water make-up, and manufacturing
- Municipal water supply – community water treatment and polishing

Standard Process Flow
Stage 1 – Raw Water Intake & Pre-Treatment
Raw water (borewell, municipal, or surface water) enters the system and passes through a multi-media filter (quartz sand) to remove suspended solids, turbidity, and large particles. An activated carbon filter follows, effectively removing chlorine, organic compounds, and odors – protecting downstream RO membranes from chemical damage.
Stage 2 – Softening & Anti-Scalant Dosing
A water softener reduces calcium and magnesium ions to prevent scaling. An optional anti-scalant dosing system further protects membrane elements, extending their service life.
Stage 3 – Cartridge (Micron) Filtration
Water passes through a 5-micron cartridge filter to capture any remaining fine particles that could damage the high-pressure pump or RO membranes.
Stage 4 – High-Pressure Pump & Reverse Osmosis
The pretreated water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and forced through high-rejection RO membrane elements. The semi-permeable membranes remove up to 98-99% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, and viruses, producing purified permeate while discharging concentrated reject water.
Stage 5 – Post-Treatment (Optional)
Final product water can be further polished with UV sterilizers or ozone generators to ensure microbiological safety before storage and filling.
Stage 6 – Storage & Distribution
Purified water is stored in stainless steel or PE tanks and delivered to the filling line or point-of-use via a distribution pump.
Key Features
1. Fully Automatic Operation
The system operates in automatic mode with PLC control and touch screen interface. It automatically starts/stops based on water level in storage tanks, performs membrane rinsing cycles, and provides real-time monitoring of pressure, flow, conductivity, and temperature.
2. Smart Safety Protection
Built-in safety features include automatic shutdown in case of low/high pressure, short circuit, current leakage, low water level, and over-pressure – protecting both equipment and operators.
3. High-Quality Construction
All water-contact parts are made of food-grade SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, with an open-frame design for easy cleaning and maintenance.
4. Premium Components
Key components are sourced from globally recognized brands:
- High-pressure pumps: CNP / Nanfang Pump
- RO membranes: DOW / Vontron / Hydranautics
- Electrical parts: Schneider Electric / Omron
- Valves and fittings: Domestic high-quality or equivalent
5. Real-Time Quality Monitoring
Integrated conductivity meters continuously monitor product water quality, providing full visibility and control over system performance.
6. Optional Upgrades
- UV sterilizer or ozone generator for biological safety
- Remote monitoring via IoT module
- Automated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system
- Variable frequency drives (VFD) for energy savings
Company Profile
Shine Dew Technology focuses on water, beverage, and packaging equipment projects, covering standalone machines, complete lines, engineering planning, and after-sales coordination. For products such as 5 Gallon ISB molding machines, our team supports solution matching from equipment selection to project delivery, helping customers reduce communication cost across procurement, installation, and production start-up.
We work with customers on equipment selection, line matching, technical communication, and follow-up service, so upstream bottle manufacturing can connect more smoothly with downstream washing, filling, capping, and packaging systems.
