Beyond water, juice, CSD, and oil, ShineDew also supplies filling and packaging lines for other liquid products such as liquid detergent, shampoo, sanitizer, sauces, and chemical liquids. We customize the line based on viscosity, corrosiveness, and foaming tendency.

Key Process Considerations
Product viscosity, corrosiveness, and foaming tendency determine filling method and material. Special seals (EPDM, PTFE) and corrosion-resistant parts may be required. For foamy products, we use bottom-up filling or anti-foam nozzles. Hygiene and easy cleaning are always important.
