ShineDew supplies hot-fill and ambient-fill lines for PET and glass bottles, handling products from clear juices to pulpy drinks. - Water treatment: RO/UF with UV and ozone.
- Syrup preparation: mixing tanks, agitators, and filtration.

- Filling: hot-fill 3-in-1 monoblock (85–95°C) or ambient linear filler.
- Capping: screw cap or crown cap.
- Packaging: labeling, shrink wrapping, cartoning, palletizing.
- CIP: automatic clean-in-place system.
Key Process Considerations
Hot filling requires heat-resistant bottles and special filling valves that maintain temperature. Pulp-containing juices need wider filling channels and gentle handling to avoid clogging. For ambient filling, preservatives or aseptic conditions may be needed. Filling accuracy and hygiene are critical – our fillers use SS316L contact parts and dual-stage filling (fast then slow) to prevent foaming and overflow. CIP is essential for changing product flavors and maintaining hygiene.
