Key Process Considerations
High viscosity requires piston filling or servo filling. Drip-free nozzles prevent oil residue on bottles. Food-grade materials (SS304/SS316L) and easy cleaning are essential. For large containers, filling accuracy and capping tightness are critical to prevent leakage during transport.
