Carbonated soft drinks (CSD) demand precise carbonation, pressure-balanced filling, and reliable capping to maintain CO₂ volume. ShineDew provides complete CSD lines from water treatment to packaging, designed for PET bottles from 200ml to 2L. Our systems ensure consistent carbonation, minimal CO₂ loss, and high-speed production.

- Water treatment: RO system with UV/ozone.
- Syrup mixing: carbonation system with chiller and CO₂ dosing.
- Filling: counter-pressure filling monoblock (wash, fill, cap).
- Capping: plastic screw cap or crown cap.
- Packaging: labeling, shrink wrapping, palletizing.
- Auxiliary: air compressor, chiller, CIP.
Key Process Considerations
Filling must be under counter-pressure to prevent CO₂ escape. Bottle design must withstand internal pressure (typically 3–4 bar). Hygiene and temperature control are critical – the product must be kept cold during filling. Our fillers use stainless steel construction and high-precision pressure valves. We also provide carbonation systems with accurate CO₂ volume control.
