How the System Works

Step 1 – Automatic Preform Feeding
Scattered preforms are loaded into the hopper and automatically arranged in order. A servo-driven system positions each preform at precise intervals for consistent feeding. A sensor on the unscrambling track monitors preform supply and triggers an alarm when low – without stopping production.

Step 2 – Intelligent Heating & Conditioning
Preforms travel through the heating oven where infrared lamps with reflective panels ensure uniform heating. The oven features a self-adjusting closed-loop temperature control system that compensates for voltage fluctuations, maintaining constant temperature regardless of environmental changes. Preforms rotate continuously during heating for even wall distribution, enabling wall thickness up to 4.5mm. The system is designed to operate reliably in extreme temperature conditions ranging from -28°C to 45°C.

Step 3 – Conveying & High-Speed Step Positioning
A single servo motor drives the high-strength conveying chain and coordinates three simultaneous actions: preforms entering the oven, preforms reaching the blow station, and finished bottles being discharged. The PLC-based positioning system uses high-precision rotary encoders and proximity sensors for accurate indexing.

Step 4 – Servo-Driven Clamping & Mold Closing
A servo motor with reducer drives the mold closing and opening through synchronous belt transmission. The 360° rotary motion completes one full clamp cycle per revolution. High-pressure gas cushions the clamping action, reducing mold impact and minimizing visible parting lines on finished bottles.

Step 5 – Stretch & Blow
Servo-controlled stretching with adjustable timing for primary and secondary blowing. Each stretch rod can be independently adjusted for different preforms and bottle shapes, offering high flexibility.

Step 6 – Cooling & Ejection
Chilled water circulates through the molds for rapid cooling. The cooling system beneath the oven protects the bottle neck during heating. Finished bottles are ejected and conveyed out for downstream filling or packaging.
