The 150 BPH 5-Gallon Barrel Automatic Filling Machine is a compact, fully integrated solution designed for small to medium-scale bottled water production. This all-in-one system combines decapping, external brushing, internal washing, filling, capping, steam sealing, and lamp checking into a complete production line. With a production capacity of 150 barrels per hour (5-gallon / 18.9L), this machine is ideally suited for startups, small water plants, or facilities with stable daily output requirements.
The machine features a 16-station internal washing system with multi-stage rinsing – including pre-wash, heated caustic wash, recycled water rinse, disinfectant rinse, and final product water rinse. It adopts a non-contact linear filling method with built-in exhaust, which prevents overflow, eliminates reflux water discharge, and avoids barrel expansion – extending barrel service life by up to 40%. The filling section uses SS316L filling valves with self-compensating PTFE seals to ensure precise liquid level control.
Built with food-grade SS304 stainless steel and controlled by a Siemens PLC with a touchscreen HMI, the machine offers reliable, automated operation with minimal manual intervention. Critical pneumatic components are sourced from Airtac, electrical components from Schneider Electric, and the frequency converter from Danfoss – ensuring long-term stability and low maintenance costs.
